One of the most important features that HAM devices give you is the ability to generate reports, which allow you to view any readings of your devices in a detailed and uniform way and which can be created and saved with the push of a button!
- You can see how to create a log report for a HAM device in our related article.
"Do I have to follow the same process for all my devices one by one each time I want to create reports for multiple devices?"
Of course not! HAM Systems offers you a new feature, that of "Mass Report Generation", where you can create and download a separate report for each of your devices, all at the same time in a zip file, in 1' with the push of a button.
This way you can save a lot of time and have reports on all your devices instantly, for any emergency situation, such as an inspection by the health service.
With "Mass Report Generation" you can create reports by the same factors and the same metrics, all in the same format. If you want to create reports, with different factors or in a different format for each device, then you will need to create them in the detailed way mentioned earlier.
Mass Report generation
1. On the "Devices" tab, tap "Device Management" option.

2. Tap the "Reports" option to display the report generation menu.

3. Select the measurement you are interested in (e.g. "Temperature"), the time period for which the report will be ("From-To"), the step (i.e. measurements for every 2 hours) and the format in which you want to download the report, in PDF for printing or in CSV (e.g. for processing it on Excel).

4. Select those devices for which you want to generate reports for the factors you defined earlier.

5. Press "Generate" to generate and save the reports on your computer or mobile phone.

6. A single file (zip) will be created, containing all the report files for the devices you have selected.

7. By opening the zip file, you can see each reference file for each device in more detail.
