Deactivation of datalogging
Disable the logging ability of a HAM device

If for any reason you do not want the data of a certain period of time to appear in the reports, you can disable the recording of the data in one of our logging devices (HAM ThermoSense, HAM HumiSense, HAM DinSwitch) for a certain period of time, through the advanced settings of the device.
By disabling data logging you will not be able to see the specific interval data in a report. The report, for that time interval, will depict the last measurement taken by the device before the deactivation of logging.
However, the live update of readings, as well as the alert rules you have set, will work normally!
1. In the "Devices" tab, select a device and tap "More".
2. On the device's features page, go to the "Settings" section.
3. In the settings section, tap "Advanced".
4. Locate and select the "Do not keep track of data" option at the bottom of the advanced settings.
5. Finally, click "Submit" to save the changes.
You can, at any time, reactivate the recording of data from the device, with the same procedure by deselecting the "Do not keep track of data" option.
