1. In the "Devices" tab, select the device for which you wish to create the report and select "More".

2. Under the device graphs, select the "Reports" tab.

3. Select the measurement you are interested in , the time interval for which the report will be ("From-To"), the step (i.e. for how many hours each will be displayed) and the format in which you want to download the report, in PDF for printing or in CSV (e.g. for reading from Excel).

4. Finally, click the "Create" button to download the report.

It is important to request data for reporting only when it is within reasonable and realistic limits. For example, we should not request a temperature record for a period of time when the device was not in operation, as the values displayed will be incorrect or there will be no data at all. Additionally, if we request a report and no data is available, a message will be displayed.
This situation can occur for two reasons. First, it may happen because we selected a time interval during which there was no recording due to a device disconnection. Second, it may occur because we requested data for a measurement that our device does not record. For instance, if we use HuniSense to retrieve recordings for dry contact input without having a magnetic sensor connected to the device contacts, there will be no data to display. The same situation will occur if we attempt to retrieve data while the device is offline or out of power.
If the device disconnects due to internet issues or a power failure, the report will display the last recorded temperature for the first 12 hours. After this period, the report will show "N/A" until the device is back in service. The same will happen if there is a fault in the temperature sensor – the measurements will stop, and the report will be updated with "N/A" until the issue is resolved.
