Sometimes an error may occur when registering the device to your account, displaying the message: 'The device already belongs to someone else.' This could be caused by one of the following reasons:
- A technician - installer with whom you worked tested the device, registering it in his account.
- A partner of yours tested the device by registering it in his account.
- You yourself had previously tested the device by registering it on a different account.
In any case, this problem can be solved in the following ways:
- If you know or can identify exactly which account the device was previously registered to, you can access that account and delete the device from it. After deleting the device from that account, try to register it again in your account.
- If you do not know or cannot locate that account where the device was previously registered, please contact our customer service team so that we can deal with it for you. For your best service it is advisable to know the S/N of the device.
