In some cases, an error may occur when registering the device to your account, with the message 'This device already belongs to someone else'. This may be for one of the following reasons
  • A technician - installer with whom you worked tested the device by registering it on his account.
  • A partner of yours tested the device by registering it in his account.
  • You yourself had previously tested the device by registering it on a different account.
In any case, this problem can be solved in the following ways:

1. If you know or can identify exactly which account the device was previously registered to, you can access that account and delete the device from it. After deleting the device from that account, try registering it with your account again.

2. If you do not know or cannot locate the account to which the device was previously registered, please contact our customer service team and we will take care of this for you. For the best service, it is advisable to know the S/N of the device.
