The HAM DinMeter3P can be connected to external pulse meters. For correct results it is necessary to ensure that the "pulses per kWh" given by a pulse meter, a number that can vary from meter to meter, is set correctly. It is therefore our duty to inform the HAM DinMeter3P of this number so that the device can give you a correct picture of your consumption.
Finding the "Pulses per kWh" of a meter
The first step is to find out how many pulses per kWh the meter provides. This can be found either on the meter itself or in the manual and specification sheet. The information you should find will be in the form of 'imp/kWh'.
Setting the "Pulses per kWh" from our platform
Once you have identified the number of "pulses per kWh" of each meter connected to the HAM DinMeter3P, you must enter it as information in the HAM DinMeter3P device itself through its settings:

1. In the HAM app, go to the "Devices" tab.

2. Select the HAM DinMeter3P device you want to configure and click "More".

3. From the device menu, tap on the "Settings" section.

4. At the top of the settings, in the first field, select "Energy Meter".

5. In the field directly to the right, enter the number of "Pulses per kWh" ("imp/kWh") you found before.

6. Finally, click "Submit" to finalize the change.
