In case you are unable to send your Wi-Fi credentials to a HAM device via your iPhone mobile device, then it is quite likely that you have not activated the iPhone's local network permission for the HAM app.

You can activate the local network with specific, very simple steps:

1. In your iPhone's main menu, go to your phone's Settings.

2. Locate the HAM application settings, at the bottom of the settings menu.

3. Enter the HAM application settings. You will probably see that the local network is disabled.

4. Enable the local network from the activation bar on the right.

You can now return to the app and continue the HAM device setup from your iPhone.

You can see the detailed process of setting up a HAM device with your Wi-Fi, in our related article, by clicking here.
