After connecting to the wifi and registering the device, we are ready to edit it to suit our needs. To enter the submenu of our device settings we follow the steps below:
  • Select the device we want to edit
  • Click on the button that says more
  • Go to the Settings category and select it
Options displayed
  • Checkbox named "Included in summaries". By selecting it, the temperature value of our device will be displayed in the main pie of the "Devices" menu
  • Fill in the blank with the name "Device Description". The text we will write in this blank is the text that will be displayed as the header in the temperature reports
  • Button named "Advanced". Pressing it displays additional settings that will be explained below
  • Button named "Submit". Pressing this button confirms any changes we make to the above settings. Note that if we do not submit the settings, they will be lost
Additional settings (Advanced)
  • Checkbox with the name "General entry as an alarm exception". By selecting it, we make the last general input an alarm output
  • Checkbox named "Alarm Buzzer". By selecting it, in case an alarm is triggered, then a buzzer will also sound locally on the device
  • Checkbox named "Allow control from LAN". By selecting it, we give the device access to accept commands from the local LAN
  • Checkbox named "Disable logging". By selecting it, our device stops recording temperature and shows us the last measurement it had before we enabled this option
  • Button named "Calibration Table (CALIBRATION PANEL)". Pressing it displays the tables to calibrate the device.
