How to recover your password

In case you realize, during your attempt to log in to your account, that you have forgotten your password, you can reset it with a very simple procedure.
Your password can be reset in exactly the same way, either through our website or our app.
1. On your account login page, click on the "Forgot password" option.
2. On the next page, enter the email address with which you have created your account on our platform and click "Submit".
3. You should see an indicator at the bottom left of the page, assuring you that an email has been sent to your address with detailed instructions on how to retrieve your password.
4. Go to your email, open the message sent to you from "[email protected]" and click on the link provided.
5. You will be redirected to our website or app, where you will be asked to enter your new password and confirm it.
Enter the new password and click "Submit".
Now you have successfully retrieved your password! You can head back to the login page of our website or app and log in to your account with your new credentials.
