A brief summary of your account settings environment

To enter your account settings, click on the "three lines" button, located at the top left corner of our mobile or web app interface.

Language change

You can change the language of your app interface by clicking the language button, and selecting the language of your preference.

Account settings overview

Click on the "Account" button, to enter your account settings page.

Here, you can get an overview of your account:

  • How many rules you have used / in total
  • How many groups you have used / in total
  • How many guest rooms you have used / in total
  • How many floorplans you have used / in total
  • How many SMS messages you still have available
  • How many phone call alerts you still have available

Password change 

1. Type in your old password in the appropriate box.

2. Type in your new password in the appropriate box.

3. Retype your new password in the appropriate box.

4. Click on the "Change password" option, to add your new password. 

Preferred currency

You can dictate the preferred currency you would like to see your calculated costs in, by inserting a certain currency symbol at the "currency unit" box.

Cost per kWh

You can dictate the cost per kWh charged by your energy provider, in order to see the calculated costs by certain devices.

Cost per kWh (alternate measurement)

You can dictate the alternate cost per kWh charged by your energy provider, in order to see the calculated costs by certain devices, taking into account the specific hours during which the alternate cost has effect.

Delete account

1. Click on the "Delete account" button, at the bottom of your settings page.

2. Confirm that you want to delete your account by clicking on the "OK" button in the popup window at the top.
