In some cases there is a possibility that an error may occur when registering the device to your account, with the following message appearing: 'Device already belongs to someone else'.

In this case, one of the following events may have occurred:
- A technician - installer, with whom you worked with, tested the device, registering it in his account.
- One of your partners tested the device by registering it on their account.
- You yourself had previously tested the device, registering it on a different account.
In any case, this problem can be solved in the following ways:
1. If you know or can identify exactly which account the device was previously registered to, you can access that account and delete the device from it. You can find detailed instructions on how to delete a device from an account in our article on the subject.
After you delete the device from this account, try registering it again in your own account.

2. However, if you do not know or cannot locate the account that the device was previously registered to, please contact our customer service team so that we can deal with it for you.
