Delete account

In certain cases, some users of our platform may wish to delete the account they have created, due to factors such as the use of an incorrect e-mail address, temporary use of a demo account, or simply the intention to delete their account from our platform.

To this end, our platform provides you with the ability to permanently delete your account and the e-mail used for it, in very simple steps, using the method described below:

1. In our platform's main menu, click on the "Account features" icon to display the access menu.

2. Select "Account" to go to the relevant settings.

3. At the bottom of your account settings page, locate and select the "Delete account" option.

4. Confirm your selection by clicking "OK" in the confirmation pop-up message.

(!) Caution. In case you delete your account, it is very important that you are aware of the following clarifications regarding the procedure:

1. The account associated with this e-mail is not permanently deleted from that moment on, but remains inactive for 15 days, until it is permanently deleted from our platform.

-> If you wish, you can cancel its deletion by simply logging in to the account in question with your e-mail and password.

2. Due to the temporary deactivation of your account, any devices claimed to that account will remain registered to it, until it is permanently deleted after the 15 days of deactivation.

3. After the permanent deletion of the account, all settings related to the account are completely deleted, except for the settings of the specific devices registered to the account.

-> All data and settings concerning the individual device, stored in its memory and in our cloud, remain unaltered and directly accessible by us and by the next user who registers them.

-> In order to delete the individual data and settings of each device, the user needs to contact our customer support, as it is not sufficient to delete the entire account.
