In the event that you encounter any difficulties in the process of connecting a HAM device to your Wi-Fi, there is a significant chance that there is a spelling or syntax error in the data you have entered to the device.
The following is a simple procedure for verifying the correct Wi-Fi details through your router's configuration page, in order to successfully connect a HAM device. The procedure may vary depending on the network provider.
1. First, connect to the Wi-Fi whose details you want to know and go to your router's configuration page by typing "192.168.1.1" in the search bar of any browser.

2. Fill in your account login details, which, if not changed, are usually as shown below:
- Username: "admin".
- Password: the one indicated on the back of your router.
You can find out more information on this matter in the manual of your router, or by contacting your network provider.

3. In the "Basic Settings" section you will see the name of your Wi-Fi network. Make sure it is the right one, the same as the one you set up for the device. If it seems correct, you can "Copy - Paste" it to make up for any possible error.

4. Then, go to the "Wireless Security" tab for your Wi-Fi security settings.
There you'll see your Wi-Fi password. Make sure it is the right one, the same as the one you set up for the device. If it seems correct, you can "Copy - Paste" it to make up for any possible error.
