Bluetooth magnetic contact registration

Devices that use Bluetooth technology have the advantage of being easy to install. In order to see the device in the application, two basic things must be true. Firstly, there must be another HAM Systems device in the room that can communicate with the magnetic contacts and secondly, the magnetic contacts must be registered in the application. To register, follow these steps

1. From the Main Dashboard, select the Add New Device button.

2. On the page you are taken to, select the new device registration

3. Enter the D/K of the magnetic contact and press submit

Note: The D/K is written on the back of the device, so we recommend that you make a note of this number before placing the device in the location to be tested.
